What you enter in the tools

The gap assessment and the checklist run entirely in your browser. Your answers, ticks, organisation name and the files you download are created on your device. They are not sent to us or anyone else and are not stored after you close the tab. The site's content security policy blocks the page from sending them anywhere.

What our hosting provider processes

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (IP address, browser, the page requested) to deliver and protect the site. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled for the site, it counts page views without cookies and without the content of the tools. We do not use advertising cookies.

When you buy

Buy buttons open a checkout page hosted by our payment processor, Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details, billing name, email address, country and, where required, your tax ID. We receive the order details needed to deliver your download, keep accounting records and answer questions about your order; we never see your full card number. Legal basis: performing the contract and our legal obligations (tax and accounting records, kept as long as the law requires).

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and object to or restrict its use, where the law gives you that right. Reply to your receipt email or contact us through agenttrustcloud.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
