Buying a digital product

Prices are shown in US dollars. You pay by card on a checkout page hosted by our payment processor and receive an instant download. Tax is calculated at checkout where it applies, and business buyers can add a tax ID. A purchase is licensed for use inside one organisation; you may edit the files for your own use but not resell or publish them.

Refunds

All sales are final. See the refund policy for damaged files and your statutory rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Michigan, United States. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
